Title: 7 Grain - Rice and Vegetable Salad Categories: Salads, Grains Yield: 1 Recipe 1 c Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal -- cooled 2 c AM Brown Wild Rice & Herbs -- (Quick), cooked & cooled 16 oz Canned peas and carrots -- drained 1/2 c Celery, chopped 1/2 c Onion, chopped 1/2 c Cucumbers, diced 1/8 c Chopped pimientos 1/2 ts Onion powder 1/2 ts Garlic powder Vegetable seasoning to taste Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or salad dressing of choice.
