Title: Absolute Best Baked Catfish

1 c Fresh Parmesan cheese;
-grated
1/2 c Flour
1/4 ts Seasoned salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 ts Paprika
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Milk
6 Catfish fillets
1/4 c Butter; melted
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Paprika and black pepper

Mix well first 5 ingredients. Separately, mix well egg and milk. Dip fish
in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Put fish in greased 9x13-inch
baking dish. Saute garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes; drizzle over fish;
sprinkle with paprika and pepper; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or
until fish flakes.
