Title: Angle Food Desert Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Angle food cake; torn into -chunks 1 Container fresh -strawberries, sliced 1 Box (small) sugar free Jello -white chocolate pudding mix 1 c Milk (can be skim) 1/2 c Sour cream (can be fat free) 8 oz Cool Whip (can be fat free -or light) This is an angle food based desert that we have had at the end of our aerobics session. So we KNOW it can't be fattening, right? Mix the pudding with the milk, then mix in the sour cream. Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/2 of the angel food chunks in the bottom of a bowl. Cover with 1/2 of the sliced strawberries. Cover strawberries with 1/2 pudding mix. Repeat with cake chunks, balance of strawberries and rest of pudding mix. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. It is really good and I ate the whole bowl myself (over a weekend, that is.)
