1 c Real buttermilk
1 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
3 tb Of melted butter
1 pn Salt
Vanilla and sugar; if
-desired

Beat egg and buttermilk together. Add flour, baking powder, melted butter
and salt. You can add vanilla and sugar if you choose. Cook on hot griddle.
