Title: Ancini Di Pepe Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 16 Servings 1/2 Box anicini di pepe macaroni 2 cn Crushed pineapple in juice; -20 oz each 2 cn Mandarin oranges in juice; -11 oz each 1 Jar maraschino cherries 12 oz Cool Whip Lite 3/4 c Sugar 1/2 c Egg Beaters 99% egg -substitute 3 tb Cornstarch From: charles moffat Date: Thu, 03 Jan 1980 12:29:07 -0500 Recipe By: Tammy Roth Drain all fruit juices into a saucepan. Add sugar, egg substitute & cornstarch. Stir together & cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain & combine hot macaroni & sauce.
