Title: Almond Poppy Seed Bread

Yield: 2 Loaves

-----------------------------------BATTER-----------------------------------
3 c Flour
2 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
2 tb Poppy seed
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
1 1/8 c Oil
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 ts Almond extract

-----------------------------------GLAZE-----------------------------------
1/4 c Orange juice
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Almond extract

Mix all batter ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into 2 well greased
and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 5 minutes.
Blend orange glaze ingredients. Pour over loaves while still warm in pans.
Cool 5 minutes, then remove loaves from pans.
