Amaretto & Almond Muffins Title: Amaretto & Almond Muffins Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 2/3 c Sour milk 3 tb Melted butter or margarine 1 Egg 1/2 c Amaretto liqueur 1 c Sliced almonds 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Sugar 2 c Flour Preheat oven to 400øF and grease muffin pans. Put the first 5 ingred. into a bowl & mix well, then add the remaining ingred. & blend until just mixed. Put into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12.
