Title: All Bran Bread - Pk Categories: Breads, With, Yeast Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Shortening 1/2 c Boiling Water 1/2 c Sugar 1 c All-BranŽ Cereal 1/2 ts Salt 1 Egg; well beaten 1 Yeast Cake 1/2 c Warm Water 3 c Flour; or 4 c Flour Mix shortening, boiling water, sugar, salt and All-Bran together. Let stand until lukewarm. Soak the cake of yeast in the warm water. Add the egg. mix with the above mixture. Add flour. Place in a slightly greased bowl. Set aside to rise. Knead on floured surface. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Turn out on floured surface and roll. Bake in hot over, 425 degrees for about 15 minutes.
