Title: Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts

1/3 c Honey mustard or dijon
-mustard
3 tb Apricot preserves
1 ts Ground ginger
4 Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves; about 1
-pound

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on
chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture
frequently until done.
