Title: Armadillo Eggs Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 cn (lg) whole mild(or to taste) -jalopenos 8 oz Cream cheese 1 lb Mild breakfast sausage Chedder cheese to cover tops -of pepper 1. Cut peppers in half and de-seed. 2. Put on a cookie sheet cut side up. 3. Cook sausage, crumbly. 4. Drain the fat, and mix the sausage with the cream cheese* 5.
