Title: Arnaud's Salad Dressing for Shrimp

Yield: 4 Servings

2 tb Red wine vinegar
6 tb Virgin olive oil
1 tb Paprika
4 ts Creole mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 bn Heart of celery
1/2 Chopped sweet onion
1 tb Parsley

Mix all and marinate cold cooked shrimp for several hours.
