Title: Asian Green Bean Salad Categories: Vegetables Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Long green beans, trimmed, -cooked,; and cooled 1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 2 tb Rice vinegar 1 ts Chopped garlic 1/4 c Olive oil 2 tb Sesame oil 2 c Cherry tomatoes,; halved 2 tb Crushed toasted peanuts Salt and pepper In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
