Title: Asparagus Stir Fry Categories: Asparagus, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 2/3 lb Asparagus 1/4 c Vegetable oil 1 tb Sliced garlic 1/2 ts Salt Rinse asparagus in cold water. Snap off tough ends. Slice asparagus into 1-inch pieces diagonally. Heat oil in wok over high heat 30 seconds. Stir-fry garlic until golden (30 seconds). Add asparagus and salt.
