Title: Augratin Potatoes Categories: Potatoes, Laurie's re Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 2 c Milk 1/4 c Flour 1 tb Butter; melted 1/4 c Bread crumbs 5 c Potatoes; peeled and sliced Preheat oven to 350. In large saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter; add flour and milk and bring to a boil. Add cheeses and stir, then add potatoes, stirring to mix well. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and combine with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
