Title: Avocado and Shells Crab Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 lb Med shells 1 c Fresh broccoli flowerets 1/2 c Freshly sliced radishes 12 oz Fresh or canned crab meat 2 Avocados, peeled, pitted & Diced 1/2 c Red bell peppers, thinly Sliced 1/2 c Yellow bell peppers, thinly Sliced 1/4 c Sliced green onion 1/4 c Chopped parsley 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1 tb Honey 1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/4 ts Garlic powder 2 tb Dijon mustard 1 ts Seasoned salt 1/8 ts Pepper Prepare shells according to pack directions except adding broccoli last 4 minutes of cooking; drain. In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients; toss with salad. Serve immediately or chill.
