Title: Avocado Crab Dip Categories: Appetizers Yield: 4 Servings 2 Ripe avocados Juice of 1 lemon 1 lb Fresh or frozen crabmeat 2 tb Chili sauce 2 tb Mayonnaise 2 tb Sour cream 2 tb Chopped scallion 1 tb Capers 1/2 ts Salt Black pepper Tortilla chips Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
