Title: Avocado Moulded Salad Categories: Salads & dr, To post Yield: 1 Servings 1 pk Lime Gelatin Powder 1/2 c Warm Water 1 cn (1 Lb.) Crushed Pineapple; -drain-reserve liquid 1 tb Lemon Juice 1/2 c Mayonnaise 3/4 c Whipped Cream 1/2 c Avocado (Ripe & Soft); diced Dissolve jello in water and stir in 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream and avocado. Mould.
