Title: Avocado Salsa Categories: Digest, Oct., Fatfree Yield: 1 Servings 1 ts Grated orange peel 1 md Orange, peeled & diced 2 ts Grated lemon peel 1 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Minced onion 2 tb Chopped cilantro 1 ts Ground cumin seed 1/2 ts Salt 1 lg Ripe avacado, diced 1 ds Cayenne pepper to taste Combine all except avacado.
