1 Avocado,, diced
1/2 Lime, Juice of
2 tb Minced onion
2 tb Minced cilantro
1/4 ts Sea salt
1 pn Cayenne pepper

In a small bowl, mix the avocado, lime juice, onion, cilantro, salt, and
pepper. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator no more than 1
hour.

Yield: about 1 cup
