Title: Aylesworth Cheese

1 lb Longhorn cheddar; grated
2 sm Onions; grated
1 c Or less stale beer
1/2 c Catsup
3 tb Worchestershire sauce
4 Shakes hot pepper sauce
1 ts Dry mustard
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne to taste
Some chopped parsley; up to
-1/2 C

Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My
mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and
crusty french bread.
