1 c Sugar
1 c White Corn Syrup
1 3/4 c Smooth Peanut Butter
1 pk (6oz) Chocolate Chips
5 c Special K Cereal
3/4 c Peanut Butter

Bring Sugar and Syrup to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 3\4 cups Peanut
Butter and blend. Add Cereal and pour into 9x13 dish. Melt Chocolate Chips
and 3\4 Cup Peanut Butter. Spread over cereal mixture. Cool and cut into
squares.
