Title: Bacon and Swiss Waffles Categories: Bread Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Bisquick original baking mix 1 1/2 c Milk 2 Eggs 1 c Shredded Swiss cheese (4 -ounces) 8 sl Bacon; crisply cooked and -crumbled (about 1/2 cup) HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon. POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.
