Title: Baked Chicken and Rice #1

Yield: 4 Servings

1 c Brown rice
1 Cut-up chicken
3 c Hot water
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 pk Onion soup mix

Butter baking dish, add 1 cup rice. Sprinkle rice with garlic salt. Lay
chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Add 3 cups hot
water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
