2 c Flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
2 tb Dry mustard
2 tb Paprika
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Celery salt
1 tb Pepper
1 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Tyme
1/2 ts Oragano
1 Broiler chicken cut up

Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this
mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60
minutes.
