Title: Baked Chicken Drummettes Categories: Appetizers, Family, Chicken Yield: 30 Servings 4 lb Chicken drummettes 1 c Butter; or margarine 2 c Parmesan cheese 1/4 c Parsley; chopped 2 tb Oregano 4 ts Paprika 2 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients except chicken. Dip drummettes in butter and roll in cheese mixture. Arrange in shallow dish lined with foil. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 min.
