Baked Chicken Salad
Title: Baked Chicken Salad Categories: Poultry Yield: 6 Servings 3 c Chopped; cooked chicken 1 1/2 c Celery; sliced 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar 1 tb Chopped onion 1 tb Lemon juice 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ds Pepper sl Tomato 1 1/2 c Crushed potato chips Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart casserole & top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & chips & continue baking until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
