Baked Ducks
Title: Baked Ducks Categories: Game Yield: 8 Servings 4 Ducks 1 Orange 1 Apple 1 Onion 1/2 c Melted butter 1/2 c Cooking wine Salt and pepper ducks. Stuff each with 1/4 orange, 1/4 apple and 1/4 onion; place in roasting pan. Combine butter and wine. Pour over ducks. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until tender, basting every 15 minutes. Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
