Baked Lemon Fish
Title: Baked Lemon Fish Categories: Fish Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 lb Fish fillets (sole; -flounder) 2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 1 Lemon (6 wedges) 1 tb Oil Salt and fresh ground pepper -or lemon pepper; to taste 1 tb Lemon juice From: gregfam@aa.net (Lee Grgory) Date: 16 Oct 1995 05:50:00 -0600 In bottom of shallow baking or broiling pan, spread oil,lemon juice, and pepper. Swish fish around in pan, coating both sides. Sprinkle with parsley. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side or until edges are browned.
