Title: Baked Sausage and Macaroni Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 lb Venison or turkey sausage 1 Onion; diced 1 Green sweet pepper; diced 2 Stalks celery; diced 12 oz Elbow macaroni 2 cn Tomatoes 2 c Milk 2 c Cheddar cheese 2 tb Butter 2 tb Flour 1 tb Parmesan cheese Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Brown sausage in water, dice. Add butter, onion, pepper, and celery; saute. Add milk, flour, cheddar cheese. Saute all. Add to cooked macaroni and 2 cans tomatoes and sausage.
