Title: Baked Shoyu Chicken

2 lb Chicken (salt and pepper;
-then flour and fry)

-----------------------------------SAUCE-----------------------------------
1/3 cn Chicken broth
1/8 c Shoyu
1/8 c Mirin
MSG
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1 sl Ginger; crushed

Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to
40 minutes.
