Baked Smoked Chicken Apple Sausage with Cider Sauce
Title: Baked Smoked Chicken Apple Sausage with Cider Sauce Categories: Main dishes, Sausage Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Apple cider 1 Bottle lager beer or ale 1/2 c Chicken stock 1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar 3 tb Cider vinegar 3 tb Dijon mustard 6 Links AidellsŪ smoked -chicken and apple sausage; -sliced 1-inch thick Bring cider, lager and stock to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil about 8 minutes. Whisk sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until reduced to 2 1/4 cups, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. Preheat oven to 375° F.
