Title: Banana Bonanza Ice Cream Categories: Ice cream, Desserts, Freezer Yield: 16 Servings ------------------------------PATTI - VDRJ67A------------------------------ 2 c Milk 2 c Whipping cream 2 Eggs; beaten 1 1/4 c Sugar 2 md Bananas, extra ripe; peeled 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg In saucepan, combine milk, cream, eggs, and sugar. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon. Cool to room temperature. Puree bananas in blender ( 1 cup).
