Title: Banana Bread Categories: Breads Yield: 6 Servings 1 3/4 c Flour 2 3/4 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/3 c Butter or oleo 2/3 c Sugar 2 Eggs 3 Ripe bananas; mashed (up to -4) Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add bananas, then dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Cook approx. 1 hour at 350 °. You can also use muffin pans to bake this, just shorten the cooking time. Submitted to cookbook by Lurline Braud.
