Title: Banana Bread Categories: Breads Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 Stick butter; softened 1/2 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Honey 2 lg Egg 3 Ripe banana; mashed 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Pecans; chopped Soften butter till it spreads easily. Mix the butter, sugar and honey; beat for a couple of min. Add the eggs and throughly mix in the bananas. Sift together the flour, soda and salt; blend throughtly into mixture. Finally fold in nuts. Butter loaf tin and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
