Title: Banana Bread 4 Categories: Bread machi, Breads Yield: 1 Servings 1 ts Dry Yeast 2 c Bread Flour 1 c Whole Wheat Flour 1 tb Sugar 1 tb Butter 1/8 ts Ascorbic Acid 1 ts Salt 2 ts Mixed Spices 1 Egg 1 Banana; Sliced 3/4 c Water; Approx I wasn't sure how much water I would need so I added half a cup at the start then poured in some more once the mixing was underway - enough to make the usual consistency.
