1/2 c Unsalted butter
1 c Sugar
2 Whole eggs; beaten
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Cake flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3 Whole bananas; mashed
1 tb Buttermilk
4 tb Brown sugar; rounded

Sift together dry ingredients - set aside.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add
vanilla and bananas. Lastly, quickly stir in the buttermilk and brown
sugar.

Bake in a greased loaf pan about 1 hour at 350.

TO MAKE IN A BREAD MACHINE:

Place all ingredients in the machine EXCEPT the buttermilk and brown sugar.

Bake on "Cake" setting......at the sound of the beep add the buttermilk and
brown sugar.
