Title: Banana Nut Bread 3 Categories: Hand, Made Yield: 10 Servings 3/4 c Butter 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Mashed bananas 2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Baking soda 3/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Buttermilk 3/4 c Nuts; chopped Cream together butter and sugar. Add banana, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
