Title: Banana Oatmeal Bread Categories: Bread machi, Bread maili Yield: 1 Servings --1-pound loaf : - ; --1.5 lb: 1/2 c ROLLED OATS; 1 cup 1 EGG; 1 3 tb SOUR CREAM; 1/4 cup -- for Welbilt/DAK add 1T -water; Welbilt/DAK add 2T 1 c BANANA; 2 cups Ripe and sliced 1 1/3 c BREAD FLOUR; 2 cups 2/3 c WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR; 1 cup 1/2 ts SALT; 1 teaspoon 2 ts BUTTER; 1 tablespoon 1 1/2 tb HONEY; 2 tablespoons 2 ts NONFAT DRY MILK; 1 -tablespoon 1/2 ts CINNAMON; 1/2 teaspoon 1/4 ts NUTMEG; 1/4 teaspoon 2 ts ACTIVE DRY YEAST; 2 -teaspoons (for all machines) --for Panasonic/National, -use 4 tsp yeast Crust: Light Menu selection: Bake (light) 1. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. 2.
