Title: Banana-Bran Muffins Categories: Digest, Fatfree Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Whole wheat flour 1 c Wheat bran 1 tb Baking powder 1/4 ts Salt 3 4 VERY ripe bananas Milk 1 Egg equivalent 2 tb Sugar or honey if bananas Are not sweet enough Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1.5 cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups.
