New Mexico BBQ Sauce
2 Haas avocados; coarsely
-chopped
2 Tomatoes,seeded; coarsely
-diced
6 oz Blue cheese, good quality
6 oz Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
Romaine lettuce; Chopped

Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt and
freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue
cheese.
