Title: Barbecued Meat Loaf

Yield: 3 Servings

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Pork
2 tb Chopped Onion
1/2 c Dry Bread Crumbs
3/4 c Milk
2 Eggs; Beaten
2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 Dill Pickle; Chopped
3 tb Brown Sugar
1/2 c Ketchup
1 ts Kitchen Bouquet

Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350
degrees.
