Title: Barbecued Pork Chops and Sauerkraut Categories: Main dish, Main dishes Yield: 6 Servings 1 cn (Large) Sauerkraut; Drained 1/2 Box Light Brown Sugar 6 Pork chops; at least 1 lg Bottle Hickory smoked BBQ -sauce Put kraut in large pan; cover with brown sugar. Put chops on top of kraut; cover with plenty of BBQ sauce. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, turn chops; add more BBQ sauce. Re-cover, bake for another 45 minutes.
