Title: Beans with Vinaigrette Categories: Beans Yield: 4 Servings 1 lb Fresh green beans 2 tb Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Sugar 1/2 ts Dijon mustard 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Garlic powder 3 tb Olive oil Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and toss well.
