Title: Bee Sting Cake Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings -----------------------------------DOUGH----------------------------------- 3/4 c Cottage cheese,; mashed -through sieve 6 tb Milk 6 tb Salad oil 1 Dash of salt 2 1/3 c Flour 4 ts Baking powder 1 ts Vanilla ----------------------------------FILLING---------------------------------- 1/3 c Butter 3/4 c Sugar 2 tb Milk 1 ts Vanilla 8 oz Finely chopped blanched -almonds ------------------------------STREUSEL TOPPING------------------------------ 1 c Flour 1/2 Tesapoon cinnamon 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Butter Preheat oven to 375. Mix cottage cheese, milk, salad oil, salt, flour, baking powder, and vanilla together. Blend well. Spray a 10 by 15 inch jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll dough mixture out and spread on pan and set aside. Filling: combine butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, and almonds together in saucepan. Cook until thick. Spread mixture evenly over dough. Topping: mix together flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter and blend well. Sprinkle over all and bake for 20-25 minutes.
