Beef 'n Noodles in Sour Cream


Title: Beef 'n Noodles in Sour Cream

1 c Chopped onion
2 tb Fat
1 lb Ground beef
3 c Noodles
3 c Tomato juice
2 ts Salt
1 ts Celery salt; (up to 2)
1 ds Pepper
2 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1 c Sour cream

Cook onion in hot fat until tender but not brown. Add meat; brown lightly.
Place noodles in layer over meat. Combine remaining ingredients except sour
cream; pour over noodles to moisten all. Bring to boiling; cover, and
simmer over low heat 30 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour
cream, heat just to boiling. Season to taste. Garnish with onion rings, if
