Title: Beef Jerky Categories: Beef, Meats Yield: 10 Servings 5 lb Lean beef 1 c Soy sauce 2 Cloves Garlic; minced 1/2 Onion; chopped fine Slice beef into thin strips. This is easier if it is partially frozen. Mix other ingredients and marinate meat overnight, stirring occasionally. Place in single layers on racks in dehydrator. Dry for about 6 hours, depending on thickness of slices, until desired degree of dryness is reached.
