Title: Beef Macaroni

Yield: 8 Servings

5 md Onions; chopped
Bacon drippings
1 lb Ground beef
Chopped parsley
Salt
Chili powder to taste
1 lb Cheese; grated
1 Carrot; chopped
1 Rib celery; chopped
Poultry seasoning to taste
Pepper
1 1/2 c Tomatoes
1 pk (10-oz) macaroni

Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients,
except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.
Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake
at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
