Title: Beef Parmigiana

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Egg
1/2 c Olive oil
1 c Milk
2 c Bread crumbs
1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese; sliced
Beef; thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce

Combine egg with milk. Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then
coat with bread crumbs. In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms. Add
beef and brown them quickly on both sides. Transfer to a baking disk. Top
with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until sauce
bubbles. Serve at omce.
