Title: Beef Stacks Categories: Meat Yield: 6 Servings 12 Strips bacon 6 Ground beef patties 1 lg Onion; sliced thin 6 sl Cheese 2 Tomatoes; sliced thin Salt; mustard In large, oblong dish, cross 2 slices bacon for each serving. Place patty in center of each cross. Salt and spread mustard on each. Place slice of onion on mustard, top with cheese, top with tomato. Fold 4 ends of bacon over the top of patty and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
