3 md Carrots; Sliced
3 md Potatoes; Diced
2 lb Beef Chuck Or Stew; 1 1/2
-Inch Pieces
2 c Beef Broth
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic (I Use More);
-Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
Salt To Taste
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Paprika
3 md Onions; Quartered
1 Stalk Celery With Tops; Cut
-Up
2 ts Kitchen Bouquet

Put all ingredients in COOKER. stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for
10-12 hours. (HIgh: 4-5 hours)
